Wyoming Statue 27-14-108 effectively allows employers who do NOT fall into one of the ‘extra hazardous’ industrial classifications to waive coverage in the Wyoming workers’ compensation system. Employers who do so often elect to insure this risk utilizing other insurance vehicles. To complement those efforts, Majoris® has developed a network of qualified medical providers, specifically credentialed and trained in the treatment of work related injuries and the associated disability. These providers agree by contract to adhere to national treatment guidelines, Majoris®-defined reporting requirements, and a favorable fee schedule. Employers who opt for this model of coverage are able to require workers to seek all necessary care from Majoris® participating providers, bringing unequaled quality and control to managing work place injuries.
