Wyoming Statue 27-14-108 effectively allows employers who do NOT fall into one of the ‘extra hazardous’ industrial classifications to waive coverage in the Wyoming workers’ compensation system. Employers who do so often elect to insure this risk utilizing other insurance vehicles.
