Majoris partners with the Oregon Prescription Drug Program (OPDP) to provide a network of pharmacy locations that understand the specifics of filling workers’ compensation prescriptions.

Remember to use your OPDP card you received from your insurer to have the cost of drugs covered at time of fill without any out-of-pocket expense!

OPDP also provides a mail order option for injured workers enrolled in the pharmacy program.

They are a full-service mail-order pharmacy based in Portland, Oregon with pharmacists, technicians and customer service professionals on staff.

To begin using mail order:

  • Injured workers can set up an account online at ppsrx.com or call 800-552-6694. (6 a.m. to 6 p.m. M-F; 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sat.)
  • Prescribers can call in a prescription to PPS at 800-552-6694 or fax to 1-800-723-9023. (Note, prescriptions can be faxed by prescribers only, and not patients.)

Our provider relations staff keeps in close contact with our providers to support strong relationships, providing training on workers’ compensation best practices and outreach on individual cases experiencing administrative stall-outs.

When there are questions about treatment, providers can expect to speak with a board-certified physician with a background in treating injured workers. Our outreach is centered on collaboration, with the goal of finding the right treatment plan for each patient’s unique needs.

Credentialing

Credentialing goes beyond confirmation of licensure and malpractice history – we look at past treatment records to ensure there is evidence of sound medical reasoning, reliance on objective medical findings and integration of daily activities and work into the overall rehabilitation plan.
