Our commitment to Providers
Majoris providers are critical to the success of our enrolled workers’ recovery. Unlike most networks, we invest in our provider relationships through ongoing outreach and support. We aim to provide tools that enhance practice success within the workers’ compensation space. Majoris network providers are our partners in care, and we strive to build a mutually beneficial relationship that sets high standards of care for workers’ compensation patients.

Interested in becoming a Majoris Paneled Provider?
To join our provider panel, the first step is to submit a membership application. You can email the application to [email protected] or fax it to (503) 601-8438.
Please Note:
Submitting a membership application does not guarantee participation. Majoris values partnerships that ensure broad and adequate medical care for patients across the states where we are certified. We carefully select applicants to build a network of providers well-versed in the workers’ compensation system, open to collaboration with other stakeholders, and sized to maintain strong relationships and meet the needs of our worker population.
Since enrolled workers typically need to establish care with in-network providers, it is crucial that our network members meet stringent credentialing and workers’ compensation expertise standards. Upon receiving a complete membership application, our provider relations team will review it to determine if your practice meets a current need within our network. If so, we will contact you to discuss contract terms and request credentialing for each of your treating providers.
